The Public Service operating group serves government organizations around the globe, as well as foundations, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and non-profit enterprises.

Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

Job Description

:
The Funded Entity Integration will serve as a member of the project's Combatant Commands (COCOM) integration Team and will support the project's efforts to transition the COCOMs on to project's business systems. This transition will include bringing the COCOMs onto project's PeopleSoft Financial System FACTS, their contracting system, and their logistics system as required.

Key

Responsibilities:

Integration Team member (80%)

Support/lead change management efforts including:
Training design, development and delivery effort
Stakeholder analysis
Role mapping
Support/lead process re-engineering efforts including creating process flows and system procedure documentation
Create white papers to advise Client leadership on key program decisions
Coordinate integration test planning and execution efforts with other teams
Support data conversion efforts (as needed)

Support Function (20%)

Support reporting design and testing efforts activities as needed

Provide support for post go-live stabilization effort

Basic

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

TS/SCI clearance

3 years experience working with government financial/accounting, acquisition, or logistics operations

3 years functional/technical requirements gathering, configuration management, design experience

2 years experience with MS VISIO and MS POWERPOINT applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules

Prior consulting experience

Understanding of Intelligence Community

Audit Experience

CPA
