Job Description
:

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.

The Accounts Payable Scanning Processor is responsible for scan and upload invoices into VISTA and assist AP processor to complete invoice processing, comply with both Project Credo and Accenture policy, execute tasks as per assignment.

Key responsibilities may include:

·Liaise with mail room for receiving parcel

·Unfold parcel properly and record information as per procedure

·Contact with/ email to AP processor /clients for any question or unclear scanning request

·Preparation (pre-scan) and affix bar code as per procedure

·Monitor and assist to purchase scanning material

·Identify error if any before upload data to system

·Identify issue and provide qualified service to client

·Send daily/Weekly Reports as per schedule.

·Submit CSR report by end of WD 2

·Support AP for their processing.

·Arrange repatriation as per procedure & schedule

·Assist project to save cost in daily operation

·Share team and support team member to complete work load
