Job Description

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.

Overall Purpose of Job:

The role is to support finance deal lead in following areas:

·Collecting, consolidating and reviewing finance reports and associate initiatives of finance Deals

·Working with Delivery Center Leads of each project on tracking and reporting the progress of Quality, Control, OE/continuous improvement programs.

·Supporting Global or Center finance Initiatives

Responsibilities:

·Facilitate regular global/center meetings and document minutes

·Proactively follow up with Delivery Center Leads and Deal lead to ensure timely reporting of headcount/pyramid, BPO Scorecard, OE, etc.

·Ensuring action points from the center finance meeting are properly recorded and timely followed up.

·Developing reasonable understanding of the services provided to the client by each deal

·Supporting Delivery Center Lead to implement global/center finance and BPO initiatives e.g. BPO Scorecard discipline, Talent College, SDS (Standard Service Delivery), ISO/SAS compliance, etc.

·Previewing solution design for potential deal and supporting client visit where needed
