Job Description

:

Energy industry solution manager plays a critical role in the business development and project delivery of upstream related activities. He is also responsible for supporting the energy industry asset development and internal capability development. The candidate will need to present to clients, to external bodies (i.e., conferences) and conducts internal training.

Accenture is looking for a candidate with background in energy industry. The individual who has close working relationship with 3 national oil companies or who had worked in international oil company will have distinct advantage. We need people who are able to quickly learn Accenture upstream related knowledge assets and lead the promotion activity to clients, especially in the area of Digital oil field of future, exploration and production data management and industry solution delivery work. The ideal candidate will understand the business landscape from font end to back end. They must be knowledgeable in: Research and analysis, energy industry operations.

An understanding of E&P application systems, such as PEoffice, Carbon, GeoFence, and etc. is also highly important to succeed in this role.

·At least 8 years working experience in energy industry

·Deep understanding of upstream end to end operation process and terminologies.

·Good understanding of overall application system for upstream companies.

·Articulating application and integration strategy and thought leadership for business solutions

·Good presentation skill and can Influence client direction based on solution design and architecture

·Strong professional presence and capable of developing client relationships and driving revenue acquisition

·Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

·A minimum four-year undergraduate degree is required
