The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

Key Requirements include:

Client Service Delivery

·Accountability for all aspects of successful delivery to maximize outcomes and value to clients and profitability to Accenture including: resourcing and balancing skills and capabilities consistent with delivery goals and economics, management of our people, extending opportunities within the client, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting sales activities.

Innovation & Capability Development

·Accountability for working with our global transmission and distribution consulting practice in the development and commercialization of assets and offerings as well as growing the capabilities of our people across functional, technical and industry domains.

Operations

·Accountability for all aspects of successful entity/segment operations including: sourcing and supplying capability consistent with demand and economics, management of the personnel in the entity, supporting client opportunities and sales, and managing all strategic and day-to-day operations of the entity, segment or function. Accountability for the strategic planning and day to day operations of Accenture's internal service delivery model.

Management

·You will be able to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

·To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience with power systems, management of grid data and an understanding of utilities process and systems

·It is preferred that you have a PhD or Masters degree in Engineering.
