Job Description

:

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Business Processes professionals are involved in supporting the analysis and design of business operation processes across industries.

Key responsibilities may include:

·Conducting business diagnosis and planning activities

·Analyzing and streamlining client business processes across industries to achieve operational excellence

·Preparing for business process design to outline new operation model and align with client business strategy

·Defining key capabilities and performance metrics / KPIs for quality business solution delivery

·Establishing governance organization and standards to ensure efficient program management

·Planning and conducting business process training for clients

·Creating and maintaining business case / model to facilitate decision making and recommendations for strategic planning

·Providing estimating, forecasting and workplanning assistance

·Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g. process standards)

·Planning for application assessment, business requirements definition and program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities

·Creating complex conceptual functional designs, including application interfaces and interactions

·Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various program implementation activities

·Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support

·3 Years of proven experience in business process analysis and design across industries

·Knowledge of Business Operating Model, IT Governance Organization, Change Management, IT Strategy Development, Business Requirement Definition, High-level Functional Design

·Experience in specialization of web operating model will be an advantage

·Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

·Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
