Job Description

:

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Industry Applications professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.

Financial Services Alnova professionals design, develop and implement Alnova Financial Solutions (Alnova), an an end-to-end multi-platform banking system. They focus on transforming financial services retail operations.

Core Banking professionals have deep banking Industry Skills who serve retail and commercial banks, as well as a variety of new entrants and innovators such as online banks. Their insights, experience and credentials come from deep industry expertise and/or client experience which gives them deep knowledge of our banking offerings including Risk & Regulatory Management, Business Process Development and Reengineering, Core Banking Systems, and Operational Excellence. Individuals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. They analyze client business processes and target specific strategic business opportunities to help banks define and implement high performance core banking solutions with increased operational performance.

Key responsibilities may include:

·Define business processes, capabilities, application of key technologies and performance measurements

·Creating functional requirements as an input to application design

·Conducting functional design and align business processes to application design

·Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes

·Managing application build, test, and deploy activities

·Planning and executing data conversion activities

·Conducting test planning and execution

Professional

Skill Requirements:

·First tier University Bachelor or Master with major in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting,

·More than 5-6 years work experience in core banking system or 2-3 years in consulting and 3-4 years in banking industry

·Good English and Chinese Communication Skills

·Willing to travel within region for projects

Professional Skills:

·Possess business and functional skills in business diagnostics, process design / re-engineering and change management.

·With prior banking experience in the one or more of the areas of loans, credit management / credit operations, deposits and payments, customer information, foreign exchanges, trade finance and treasury.

·Experience in system implementation project and have a strong sense in business and system integration.

·Experience in Project management is Highly desirable

·Experience doing Regional projects a big PLUS

·Prior consulting experience a big PLUS

·Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

·Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

·Desire to work in an information systems environment

·Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

·Excellent team leading and management skills
