The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

Job Description
:

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Insurance Processes professionals are involved in supporting the insurance industry including life insurers, health insurers, property & casualty insurers, and reinsurance.

Key responsibilities may include:

·Review and analyze current business processes / operations and identify improvement areas;

·Develop target operating model and business process, and key performance indicators

·Interview with key business users to define business requirements

·Develop functional requirements as an input to application design

·Develop functional designs for business solution components and prototypes

·Develop application testing plan, and manage test preparation and execution.

·Lead end-user training and system deploy activities

·Plan and execute data conversion activities (e.g., test data)

·Assist project managers to monitor project process and resolve issues with business users.

·University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines

·More than 5 years solid experience in life insurance / group insurance company

·At least 3 years of experiences assuming the role of insurance business process / operations analysis and design covering areas such as underwriting, claims, policy owner services, channel management, etc.

·Experience in regional operating model / process standardization / shared service centre is an advantage

·Experience in workflow and imaging system implementation is an advantage

·Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule

·Willing to travel within the Greater China region

Skill Requirements:


·Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with being organized, structured, assertive are required.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong report writing ability

·Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing skills.

·Credibility, persistence, confidence to manage projects, conduct workshops and presentations with senior management and other stakeholders

·Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

·Quick thinking ability and an inquiring mind.

·Experience on business case development, cost benefit modeling is an advantage.

·Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

·Previous project management experience and testing experience will be a credit.
