The  Project Administrator  job varies based on the functional requirements of the engagement. The Lead is responsible for providing Human Resources leadership, consultation and direction to Executive and Senior Management Teams in advancing the business and people of the organization in order to meet Utilities BPO strategic business objectives.  <br/><br/>- Proactively interacting with senior management to find solutions to business issues, bring best Human Resource practices, provide continuous   improvement   and <br/><br/>enable managers to better manage their business. <br/><br/>- Building and managing strategic partnerships with the unions and other stakeholders across the organization, with respect to existing and new initiatives. <br/><br/>- Developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously   existed.  <br/><br/>Relationships include local, North America and Global personnel. <br/><br/>- Providing ongoing education and guidance to both HR team and business stakeholders. <br/><br/>- Sharing knowledge across organizational boundaries. <br/><br/>- HR business partner for local business entity.
