They work in a wide range of functional areas including human resources, marketing and communications, finance, quality control, legal, IT, facilities and services.<br/><br/>The Recruitment consultant is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.  The Recruitment consultant administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a large recruiting demand plan. This is a 3 - 6 month contact opportunity. <br/><br/>Key <h6>Responsibilities:</h6>  <br/><br/>·<br/> Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility <br/><br/>·<br/> Responsible for a small to medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports <br/><br/>·<br/> Screen applications and select candidates <br/><br/>·<br/> Conduct interviews <br/><br/>·<br/> Organise and facilitate assessing days <br/><br/>·<br/> Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities <br/><br/>·<br/> Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy <br/><br/>·<br/> Responsible for contract management and post offer management <br/><br/>·<br/> Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns <br/><br/>·<br/> Administer referral process of applicants <br/><br/>·<br/> Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership <br/><br/>·<br/> Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools <br/><br/>·<br/> Review recruit files for completeness <br/><br/>·<br/> Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions <br/><br/>·<br/> Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team <br/><br/>Professional Skill Requirements <br/><br/>·Strong understanding of high volume recruiting processes and procedures<br/><br/>·Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi task<br/><br/>·Proven interviewing skills<br/><br/>·Strong team player<br/><br/>·Excellent communication skills<br/><br/>Job: Recruiting<br/>Primary <br/><b>Location:</b> Australia-Melbourne<br/>Organisation: Internal Operations (Enterprise)<br/>Schedule: Full-time]]></description>
