As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance.  <br/><br/>Responsibilities include:  <br/><br/>ˇ Organize and facilitate Shared Services process workshops to solicit business and process requirements <br/><br/>ˇ Work with client subject matter experts to clarify shared services requirements and processes <br/><br/>ˇ Document shared services functional  requirements  <br/><br/>ˇ Assist with governance and service management framework <br/><br/>ˇ Conduct business case analysis for a shared services project <br/><br/>ˇ Identify future state process improvements to maximize the value of the shared services  <br/><br/>ˇ Guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience  <br/><br/><h5>Qualifications:</h5>  <br/><br/>ˇ Bachelor's degree in Finance <br/><br/>ˇ Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance and accounting back-office operations, i.e., AP, AR, GL, asset management, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, etc. <br/><br/>ˇ Minimum of 3 year experience around moving decentralized finance and accounting operations to shared services <br/><br/>ˇ Design, development and implementation of at least 2 complete life cycle finance and accounting shared services centers in the role of team lead over 1  of the work streams, or as a   hands-on project manager <br/><br/>ˇ Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100% <br/><br/><h6>Preferred Skills:</h6>  <br/><br/>ˇ CPA, CFA, CA, MBA, CMA or experience as an accountant <br/><br/>ˇ Direct experience in creating business change using SAP or Oracle Financials <br/><br/>ˇ SAP or Oracle Financials configuration, conversion or detailed process design <br/><br/>ˇ Experience with other major ERP packages (PeopleSoft,  JD Edwards, etc) <br/><br/>ˇ Software selection and CRP/prototyping skill <br/><br/>ˇ Experience working with a strategy consulting firm <br/><br/><h6>Professional Skills:</h6>  <br/><br/>ˇ Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment <br/><br/>ˇ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment <br/><br/>ˇ Desire to work in an high paced environment <br/><br/>ˇ Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills <br/><br/>All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
