The Research group is dedicated to the creation of original research and authoritative insights on strategic business issues and technology advances shaping the future while aligning with Accenture's business strategy. The Research group is divided into three areas: Accenture Research, Technology Research, and Market Research.

Key responsibilities may include:

Defining and scoping a project with the client, with the support of a more experienced researcher where appropriate

Planning the costing and time planning for the work and helping develop a formal research proposal

Conducting the research and commissioning work from external experts/agencies or secondary research

Supervising projects throughout their life and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
