		<title>Consulting - System Integration and Technology - Enterprise Architecture Analyst/Cons Job (Beijing, China)</title>

This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career. <br/><br/><h5>Job Description</h5> :  <br/><br/>·Lead Business Development activities, establishing executive relationships, preparing business cases and consulting proposals for IT Strategy, Architecture Planning and Enterprise Architecture engagements<br/><br/>·Provide expertise in the domains of Enterprise Architecture & SITE, including IT Transformation, IT Strategy and Planning, and High Performance IT Assessments.<br/><br/>·Interview senior client staff and management during IT assessment and communicate strategic results persuasively<br/><br/>·Workgroup leadership: Active career counselling and skills development for EA junior staff.  Participation in recruiting of IT architects.  Monitoring and analysis of operational metrics.<br/><br/>Education:  <br/><br/>·A minimum four year undergraduate degree is required (computer science, mathematics, humanities etc).  Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin.<br/><br/>Consulting experience :  <br/><br/>·Well-developed consulting skills including the ability to clearly articulate high level solutions to clients in different forums.<br/><br/>·5  years in the IT industry, with minimum 3  years experience as a consultant or working in a consulting role. (Consultant grade)<br/><br/>·9  years in the IT industry, with minimum 6  years experience as a consultant or working in a consulting role. (Manager grade)<br/><br/>·Excellent oral and written presentation skills (client/expert forum presentations)<br/><br/>·Ability to manipulate abstract concepts and frameworks<br/><br/>·Excellent client service and relationship building skills at the senior IT executive level.<br/><br/>·Excellent organisational and time management skills<br/><br/>·Ability to work in unstructured situations<br/><br/>·Experience as part of project teams and in consulting or strong customer oriented environments.<br/><br/>·Skills in applying good processes where there may have been none.<br/><br/>Technical/Domain Criteria:  <br/><br/> Enterprise   Architecture.   <br/><br/>Experience as an architect developing enterprise and/or application architectures.  Experience should include: <br/><br/>·Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks (such as Zachman, TOGAF, DoDAF, FEAF/TEAF, GERAM)<br/><br/>·Commercial experience in 3 of the following IT architecture styles: Client/Server, Batch, Data Warehousing, ERP/SCM/CRM, SOA/Integration, Mobile, Portal and Infrastructure.  For each of the three, must have >6 months commercial experience as a technical architect.<br/><br/>·Knowledge of Component Based and Service Oriented Architectures<br/><br/>·Understanding of architectural principles including performance, scalability, security, availability and flexibility and how to design for them.<br/><br/>·Understanding of technical service frameworks with services including transaction management, state management, logging...<br/><br/>·Understanding of integration architectures (EAI, ELT, ESB), structured and unstructured data architectures, Workflow technologies.<br/><br/>Technology acumen. <br/><br/>Architectural knowledge of typical architectures found in large corporate clients, including: <br/><br/>·Hands on experience with a variety of IT systems and applications including operating systems, Internet technologies and design tools.<br/><br/>·J2EE and .NET technologies, including ability to determine appropriate server architectures including  JSPs, Servlets, EJBs, Web Services, .NET Components<br/><br/>·Experience in integrating multiple vendor applications and legacy systems<br/><br/>Financial Acumen. <br/><br/>·Good understanding of finance and accounting principles, along with deeper understanding of project/program/portfolio financial management procedures.<br/><br/>Methodology . <br/><br/>Broad experience across multiple methodologies, including: <br/><br/>·Experience of program management methodologies such as Six Sigma or PMI<br/><br/>·Experience with analysis and design methodologies (UML, MDA, OOD) including application of design patterns (analysis, design and implementation).<br/><br/>·Experience with qualitative and quantitative analytic methods such as statistics/probability theory, Kepner-Traego Analysis, SWOT Analysis, etc<br/><br/>All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
