Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration business.

IT Strategy & Transformation professionals create strategies and plans that define how information technology should be utilized to support an organization's overall business strategy. They apply knowledge of standards and best practices to define governance, organization structure and staffing, architecture and processes for managing portfolios of projects. They maintain knowledge of evolving trends in IT strategy and management and apply those to develop innovative business solutions. Enterprise Architecture professionals apply Accenture and other methods and standards to define current and future enterprise architecture -- the current and desired relationships among business and management processes and an organization's IT software, hardware, networks, people and operations.

Key responsibilities may include:

·Shaping and leading holistic programs that translate technology shortfalls into transformation programs

·Understanding and articulating the value proposition(s) of various technologies

·Ability to teach and adapt Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks (such as Zachman, TOGAF, DoDAF, FEAF/TEAF, GERAM)

·Commercial experience in 3 of the following IT architecture styles: Client/Server, Batch, Data Warehousing, ERP/SCM/CRM, SOA/Integration, Mobile, Portal and Infrastructure. For each of the three, must have >12 months commercial experience as a technical architect.

·Understanding of architectural principles including performance, scalability, security, availability and flexibility and how to design for them.
