		<title>IT Service Management Coordinator Job (Gelsted, KOLDING OTHER LOCATIONS DENMARK,)</title>
		<description><![CDATA[IT Service Management Coordinator-00076850<br/><br/>Description<br/><br/>Right now we are looking for a person within Service Management working within Change Management/Release Management, Service Level Management, Problem Management and Reporting. As IT Service Management Coordinator you will work within the lifecycle of Service Management processes, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services<br/><br/>As a part of a larger IT engagement covering sites in Denmark, you will be positioned at our customer's site in Gelsted/Kolding. However, you must expect some travelling to our other customers' sites. You will be working in a support team of 4 persons and you will be part of the Service Management team.<br/><br/>Our overall objective is to ensure that the IT services are aligned to and support the business needs of our customer.<br/><br/>You will part of handling the daily operational tasks for both reactive and proactive within mentioned area and focus in order to ensure a proactive, forward-looking and inventive approach.<br/><br/>Key areas include:<br/><br/>·          Maintaining the quality of IT services delivered to the client<br/><br/>·          Improving the quality of service delivered to the customer<br/><br/>·          Within agreed areas Day-to-day client contact<br/><br/>·          Process bridge builder from Accenture Indian Delivery Center<br/><br/>·          Producing regular and accurate management reports<br/><br/>·          Alignments to other processes<br/><br/>·          Perform tasks within Service Level Management<br/><br/>·          Perform tasks within Change Management<br/><br/>·          Maintain and develop documentation within Service Management<br/><br/>·          Maintain existing reporting setup and ensure development of new reports<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/><br/>Your preferred qualifications include some of the below:<br/><br/>·          A couple of years experience with Service Level Management, Change and Problem Management<br/><br/>·           ITIL certification (preferably)<br/><br/>·          Understanding of business needs in relation to IT<br/><br/>·          Very good sense of order<br/><br/>·          Technical knowledge and insight<br/><br/>·          Excellent analytical and problem solving skills<br/><br/>·          Fluent (written and oral) in Danish and English<br/><br/>·          Extensive experience in drafting reports will be preferred (Deliver appropriate and effective communications both written and oral)<br/><br/>·          Ability to work in a sometimes hectic environment<br/><br/>Personal <h5>Qualifications:</h5><br/><br/>·          As a person you are structured and service-minded<br/><br/>·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br/><br/>·          Ability to advise and interact with all levels of management in a proactive manner<br/><br/>·          Strong ability to work cross-functionally and multi nationally<br/><br/>·          Planning and reporting experience<br/><br/>·          Professionalism and confidence<br/><br/>·          Ability to work independently and as a team member<br/><br/>General introduction to Accenture Services<br/><br/>The IT Service Management Coordinator is placed within Accenture Services Workforce.
