Job Description

Systems Integration Managers are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs to help our clients achieve high performance.

Key responsibilities may include:

· Providing estimating, forecasting and workplanning assistance

· Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities

· Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy

· Defining application entrance and exit criteria

· Being recognized as an expert on one or more application vendors/products

· Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g., including process standards)

· Creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions

· Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities

· Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities

Delivery Lifecycle professionals envision, estimate, define, build and deploy Accenture's solutions using standard delivery assets to improve clients' delivery approach.

Key responsibilities may include:

· Documenting business requirements

· Performing application design activities (e.g., designing user interface, usability testing)

· Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software

· Creating functional requirements as an input to application design

· Assisting with build, test, and deploy activities

· Performing testing work

· Administering tools (e.g., testing tools)

· Very good educational background in IT or in a numerate discipline (such as Engineering, Mathematics, etc), ideally combined with MBA

· Strong programming skills in 2 or more of the following areas: Cobol, C, C , Visual Basix, Microsoft .Net, C#

· Familiarity with PL/SQL and Java will be considered a strong plus

· Previous working experience in the IT field of up to 4 years is preferred but not required

· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
