Ihre Aufgaben

Wir bieten Ihnen als Start in Ihr Berufsleben die Teilnahme an einem einmonatigen Einstiegsprogramm in unserem Delivery Center in Manila auf den Philippinen. Mit diesem Programm zeigen wir Ihnen, was es bedeutet offshore zu entwickeln und bereiten Sie durch professionelle Schulungen optimal auf die zukünftige Projektarbeit bei Accenture vor.

Einen Monat lang beschäftigen Sie sich intensiv mit den folgenden Themen:

? Mainframe-Fundamentals (z. B. TSO/ ISPF, VSAM)

? Grundlagen COBOL und JCL

? Einführung in DB2

Mit Abschluss unseres Einstiegsprogramms erhalten Sie ein Zertifikat und starten so bestens vorbereitet in Ihre Karriere bei Accenture Technology Solutions. Im Anschluss an das Intensivtraining sind Sie bereit, Ihr Wissen auf einem unserer spannenden IT-Projekte einzubringen und auszubauen. Sie werden bei einem unserer Kunden in einem interdisziplinären und/oder internationalen Team von Technologie-Experten in Deutschland, in der Schweiz oder in Österreich eingesetzt.

Qualifications

* einen Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, BWL oder Physik (ETH, Uni oder FH) oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Anwendungsentwicklung oder Informationssysteme
* erste praktische Erfahrungen im Design, der Implementierung oder dem Test von Softwarelösungen
* idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
* Umgang mit relationalen oder hierarchischen Datenbanksystemen, wie DB2, Oracle oder auch IMS
* COBOL, C, C++, Java oder ABAP-Programmierung
* UNIX oder Mainframe-Basiswissen
* Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Sicherheit, IT-Performance von Unternehmen

* sehr gute analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, eine hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Begeisterung für innovative Technologien
* Mobilität und Freude an internationalen Projekten sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung
* ausgeprägte Softskills im Bereich Kommunikation, Teamarbeit und Präsentation
* sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
