Strategic IT Effectiveness (SITE) professionals help clients diagnose the strategic value of IT, formulate strategies to maximize the value of IT and guild the change journey to realize the value creation potential of IT investments. SITE helps companies use IT to make operations more efficient and focuses on broad IT strategies especially concerning the overall business value and effectiveness of IT at the corporate or divisional levels.

Key responsibilities may include:

Key responsibilities may include:
