The HPA Outreach / Payment Case Lead is responsible for the following:
* Daily oversight and mentoring of HPA Outreach/PPO Case team.
* Provide leadership and direction as it relates to HPA Outreach/PPO Case activities.
* Coordinate HPA Outreach activities and direction with SEO/HPL team as required.
* Assign cases to team members.
* Manage and report on case inventory/aging; research & resolve returned funds and payment cases.

Responsibilites may include:

* Research and determine dispensation of funds received in the suspense account.
* Responsible for oversight/maintenance/integrity of suspense account internal, working spreadsheet.
* Open and close periods in SAP as required for month-end and rolling balances forward as part of year-end processes.
* Perform reconciliation of treasury re-issues and work cancellation spreadsheet.
* Review and approve journal entries.
* Assist in preparation of incident reports as needed
* Review desk manuals, workflows, and training materials for revisions periodically.
* Create and revise journal entry templates as needed to support GA&R functions.
* Support end-of-year 1099H validation activities as well as data integrity for 1099H corrections in accordance with program timelines.
* Attend Interoperability meetings.

* Minimum of 3 years of leading a team of accountants
* Minimum of 3 years of financial reporting with enterprise level financial system like SAP

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prefer Siebel / Oracle Call Center technology experience
* Prefer inbound mail experience
* Prefer Accenture Business Process Outsourcing experience

We are currently searching for consultants for our Security Technology practice with past security consulting experience in the Utilities Industry and experience defining and developing security capabilities for Smart Grid implementations. Key Responsibilities may include:

? Working within Utility Industry compliance frameworks, specifically FERC, NERC CIP and recently released NIST Smart Grid security requirements

The Data Center Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of data center technicians responsible for providing 24/7 help desk and operations support. The Data Center Shift Supervisor will act as a senior member of the operations team, providing guidance for incident escalation and investigation activities.
Position will report to the Data Center Operations Lead and maintain continuity of operational between first and second shifts.

Key

* Primarily to support second shift operations
* Available for potential shift rotation across a 24x7 operation
