We must continually update our organisation and evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of the marketplace and achieve higher performance both for ourselves and our clients.<br/><br/><h5>Job Description</h5><br/>Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organisation and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories:  Talent management, including workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee and alumni relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.<br/><br/>The HR Representative supports general human resources activities.  He/she will work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities.  Where applicable, the HR Representative will provide input to resolve supply/demand issues and will provide input into resource planning activities.  He/she typically supports 100 + personnel in the same entity/geography/workforce and makes recommendations and suggests solutions within their own group.<br/><br/><b>Key responsibilities may include</b>:<br/><br/>? Assisting with implementation and coordinating major Human Resources processes (promotions, performance management, compensation and salary administration)<br/>? Supporting career counsellors and supervisors in the career development of all assigned personnel<br/>? Supporting on-going performance feedback processes<br/>? Serving as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and providing guidance and intervention, as needed<br/>? Supporting and advising executives on HR policy, ensuring compliance to the company's policies<br/>? Coordinating the termination process<br/>? Coordinating demand for personnel for one or more assigned clients and ensuring client satisfaction from the project team<br/>? Supporting engagement executives in defining and filling resource requirements<br/>? Assisting with the identification and evaluation of candidates for open resource requests and working with engagements to modify requests if candidates are not available<br/>? Completing inclusive scheduling process and participating in scheduling decision-making escalation processes, as appropriate<br/>? Monitoring supply and demand of assigned personnel<br/>? Updating applicable Human Resources systems and maintaining data as required<br/>? Updating management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, managed terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working arrangements, advising on legal framework, options and potential risks<br/>? Coordinating the implementation of people programmes and initiatives<br/>? Researching attrition/retention, analysing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/><br/>? Degree (or equivalent) required or equivalent work experience<br/>? Three plus years related work experience; professional HR qualification preferred<br/>? [Include required skills]<br/>?
