We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.<br/><br/><h5>Job Description</h5>:<br/><br/>Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.<br/><br/>The Mobilization Specialist will work across clients to provide support during Solution Realization and Service Transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience of Outsourcing services.  This person will take responsibility of the execution and tracking, issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams.  The Mobilization Specialist will participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that the necessary processes and procedures, resources, service management and operational mechanisms are installed and working so that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement.  The scope of these transition activities may be multi-process and span multiple geographic areas.<br/><br/><b>Key responsibilities may include</b>:<br/><br/>* Support Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials<br/>* Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream<br/>* Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities<br/>* Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives<br/>* Lead a workstream or a defined portion of a Service Transition program and/or plays a key delivery role within a program<br/>* Define, build, and implement workable components to Service Transition programs by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible<br/>* Adhere to and implement Mobilization methods and tools<br/>* Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution / workstream of a Service Transition program<br/>* Manage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility<br/>* Lead detailed designs and build of at least one workstream component or sub-component working within the guides of the overall Solution Blueprint<br/>* Provide peer review to other service transition activities<br/>* Contribute to Mobilization capabilities and the Knowledge Exchange<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/><br/>Professional <h6>Skill Requirements:</h6><br/><br/>*<br/>Proven ability to work independently and as a team member<br/><br/>*<br/>Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment<br/><br/>*<br/>Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills<br/><br/>*<br/>Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills<br/><br/>*<br/>Must display professionalism and confidence<br/><br/>*<br/>Excellent customer service skills<br/><br/>*<br/>Proven global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence<br/><br/>*<br/>Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills<br/><br/>*<br/>Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills<br/><br/>*<br/>Excellent business acumen and industry acumen<br/><br/>Our people are our most important asset and as such we are continuously expanding our capability programs to provide you with opportunities to build and extend your professional, technical/functional and management skills.
