Job Description


Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

Key responsibilities may include:

* Driving, supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and assessment activities
* Identifying opportunities for technology-related improvement based on benchmark data and doing high-level cost benefit analysis
* Developing a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into account the user requirements, technical requirements, etc.
* Driving technology architecture and infrastructure design activities
* Reviewing and supervising design components
* Developing design and transition approaches
* Driving and supervising technology build, test and deployment activities
* Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting application development

Qualifications

Professional Skill Requirements

Education:

* A minimum four-year undergraduate degree is required (computer science, engineering, mathematics, humanities etc). Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin.

Technical/Domain Criteria

* Experience in Oracle: Oracle-CRM-Communications & Utilities, Oracle-CRM-Contracts, Oracle-CRM-Customer Data Hub, Oracle-CRM-Customer Interaction, Oracle-CRM-eCommerce, Oracle-CRM-Foundation, Oracle-CRM-Incentive Compensation Management, Oracle-CRM-InteractionCenter, Oracle-CRM-iStore, Oracle-CRM-Marketing, Oracle-CRM-Sales, Oracle-CRM-Service, Oracle-CRM-OnDemand
* Strong knowledge of Siebel products and functionality with at least one of Siebel Sales, Marketing, PRM and Order management.
* Familiar with Data migration and integration tools (Siebel preferred EIM, EAI, UAN, UCM)
* Requires experience and thorough knowledge of relational databases, system architecture and programming languages and experience implementing relational database software applications in a consulting environment.

Consulting experience: this includes the following characteristics:

* Well-developed consulting skills including the ability to clearly articulate high level solutions to clients in different forums.
* 3+ years experience as a Siebel consultant or working in a Siebel consulting role.
* Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Desire to work in an information systems environment
* Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

* Lead Business Development activities, establishing executive relationships, preparing business cases and consulting proposals for IT Strategy, Architecture Planning and Enterprise Architecture engagements
* Provide expertise in the domains of Enterprise Architecture & SITE, including IT Transformation, IT Strategy and Planning, and High Performance IT Assessments.
* Interview senior client staff and management during IT assessment and communicate strategic results persuasively
* Workgroup leadership: Active career counselling and skills development for EA junior staff. Participation in recruiting of IT architects. Monitoring and analysis of operational metrics.

Qualifications

Education:

Enterprise Architecture.

Experience as an architect developing enterprise and/or application architectures. Experience should include:

* Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks (such as Zachman, TOGAF, DoDAF, FEAF/TEAF, GERAM)
* Commercial experience in 3 of the following IT architecture styles: Client/Server, Batch, Data Warehousing, ERP/SCM/CRM, SOA/Integration, Mobile, Portal and Infrastructure. For each of the three, must have >6 months commercial experience as a technical architect.
* Knowledge of Component Based and Service Oriented Architectures
* Understanding of architectural principles including performance, scalability, security, availability and flexibility and how to design for them.

* Understanding of integration architectures (EAI, ELT, ESB), structured and unstructured data architectures, Workflow technologies.

Technology acumen.

Architectural knowledge of typical architectures found in large corporate clients, including:

* Hands on experience with a variety of IT systems and applications including operating systems, Internet technologies and design tools.
* J2EE and .NET technologies, including ability to determine appropriate server architectures including JSPs, Servlets, EJBs, Web Services, .NET Components
* Experience in integrating multiple vendor applications and legacy systems

Financial Acumen.

Methodology.

Broad experience across multiple methodologies, including:

* Experience of program management methodologies such as Six Sigma or PMI
