Will require shift work and pager duty and off hours and weekend work if required, as this is a 24 x 7 support team.<br/><br/>Roles and Responsibilities<br/><br/>Analysis & Detailed Design<br/><br/>ˇ         Analyze user requirements<br/><br/>ˇ         Work with the Application Architect to develop detailed designs that conform to application architecture guidelines<br/><br/>ˇ         Create functional and technical specifications<br/><br/>ˇ         Perform root cause analysis on all production support related issues<br/><br/>ˇ         Design application modifications and new functionality as appropriate<br/><br/>ˇ         Deepen functional understanding of customer's business issues<br/><br/>Application Configuration and Support<br/><br/>ˇ         Develop and modify configurations that meets design requirements<br/><br/>ˇ         Create and maintain all necessary documentation and training materials for application changes<br/><br/>ˇ         Create and maintain all necessary documentation for projects<br/><br/>ˇ         Provide production support for applications 24hrs a day, seven days a week when assigned as a contact<br/><br/>-   Team Lead and Application Architect will act as secondary support and will carry pagers.
